Delivery

A report is a digital product. There is nothing to ship and no delivery address to give. The scan runs while you wait — usually two to five minutes — and the full report appears on your account as soon as payment completes. You can download it as a PDF and share a read-only link if you want to.

Reports for another site

If the site you want a report for has not been scanned yet, you buy the report first and choose the website afterwards. The purchase gives you one report credit, and it appears on your account as soon as the payment clears — usually within seconds.

A credit you have not used expires 90 days after you buy it. We say so before the payment page, and the date is shown on your account while the credit is waiting. If yours is close to expiring and you have not had the chance to use it, email us before it does — we would rather extend it than keep money for a report you never received.

Refunds

If the report did not tell you anything useful, email hello@agentreadybot.com and ask for your money back. Say which site it was. You do not have to justify it, and we would rather refund you than argue about a 49 dollar report.

The same goes for a credit you bought and have not used: ask, and we refund it.

Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe. Banks usually show them within five to ten working days.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel. A report is a one-off purchase for one website, not a subscription, and nothing recurs.
