Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Robots Drinking Tea LLC, which operates Agent Ready Bot. Using the service means you accept them.

What the service does

You give us a website address. We fetch its public pages the way an AI assistant would, run a set of checks, and produce a report: a score, the evidence behind each finding, and instructions for fixing what failed.

Accounts

You need an account to run a scan. Give us a real email address, because that is how you sign in and how we reach you. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Each account gets one free scan.

Fair use

Fine:

• • Scan sites you own, or sites you have a genuine business reason to evaluate — a competitor, a supplier, a prospect.
• • Share your report with whoever needs to act on it.
• • Use the fixes we generate on the sites they were generated for.

Not fine:

• • Using the scanner to load, stress or disrupt a site. It is one request per second and capped at 25 pages, and working around that is not permitted.
• • Creating multiple accounts to get around the one free scan per account.
• • Reselling reports, or presenting our output as your own product.
• • Scanning sites in order to harass their owner.

Our crawler

Scans are performed by our crawler, which identifies itself in every request and honours robots.txt for which pages it reads. Its own page documents exactly what it requests and how a site owner can block it. If a site blocks us, we do not work around it.

Payment

A full report is a one-time charge per site, at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you buy. Nothing recurring, and no charge without you choosing it.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go to them and never to us — we are told that the payment succeeded, and your billing country.

We sell to customers in the United States. A purchase from elsewhere may be refunded rather than completed.

You can also buy a report for a site you have not scanned yet. That purchase gives you one report credit, and you choose the website when you use it. A credit that has not been used expires 90 days after purchase. If yours is about to expire and you have not had the chance to use it, write to us before it does and we will sort it out.

Your report is delivered as soon as the scan finishes. If the scan fails, or the report is not what the pricing page describes, ask for a refund by replying to the receipt Stripe emails you and you will get one.

What the score does and does not mean

A report describes what our crawler observed at a moment in time. It is information, not advice or a guarantee. In particular:

• • A high score does not guarantee any AI assistant will recommend you, cite you, or buy from you. Those systems are not ours and change without notice.
• • A low score does not mean your site is broken for people. The checks are about machine readability.
• • The fixes we generate are suggestions. Read them before applying them to a live site, and keep a backup.
• • Sites change. A report is a snapshot, not a certificate.

Availability

This is a small service run by one person. We aim to keep it up and will not pretend to promise an uptime figure we cannot enforce. Scans can fail for reasons outside our control — a site that is down, blocks us, or is too slow to finish in time.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent the law allows, Robots Drinking Tea LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the report in question.

Ownership

The report we produce for you is yours to use and share. The software, checks, scoring and written guidance behind it remain ours.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone, so please be sure: the same email address cannot be used to register again for 30 days, and if that account had already used its free scan, a future account on the same address starts without one. This stops the free scan being reset by deleting and signing up again; it is not a penalty, and it never affects a report you paid for.

We may suspend an account that breaks the fair use rules above, and we will say why.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and account holders are told by email if the change is material.

Contact and governing law

Agent Ready Bot is operated by Robots Drinking Tea LLC, a Florida limited liability company, in the United States.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
